Storms set to be smash parts of Queensland

Queensland faces heatwave peaks of 45°C in the outback and severe storms with large hail and flooding risks along the southern coast, prompting over 130 emergency calls, SES said.

A severe weather warning has been issued for parts of Queensland, including Toowoomba.
