In IJmuiden, an average wind force of 9 gusts blew for an hour on Saturday afternoon, marking the fourth storm of the year, according to Weeronline. The North Holland town also recorded its strongest wind gust yet, at 108 kilometers per hour. The storm, which formed from the remnants of Hurricane Humberto, was named Amy by the British National Weather Service.
