In June, an Express Market chain store operating in the Kaunas district was banned from allowing customers with pets in its stores by the Kaunas district municipality. The company criticized the decision, but after a few months, the issue was resolved - the municipality changed the rules, so from now on, Kaunas district business owners will decide for themselves whether to allow pets in their stores.
