After seeing part of his bill recaptured by the Constitutional Council last summer, Senator LR Laurent Duplomb comes back to the office with a bill to allow the derogatory use of neonicotinoids as acetamipride to save certain sectors threatened with disappearance. With four co-signatories, he hopes to see it incorporated by amendments into the agricultural emergency bill presented to the Council of Ministers on Wednesday, April 8.
The government bill will be discussed in the Assembly in May. The text, tightened around water, wolf and means of production, is criticized by agricultural unions.
The text, which responds to several requests from the FNSEA, does not directly cover the subject of bovine dermatosis, a catalyst for anger this winter, but, according to the ministry, responds to claims regarding water storage.
The Ministry of Agriculture presented this Wednesday 8 April to the Council of Ministers a very broad text to respond to many requests from the FNSEA. A range of reforms that further simplifies water management and will be discussed during the spring.
The Agricultural Emergency Bill presented on April 8 in the Council of Ministers alleviates the environmental regulation on water to respond to the needs of productive agriculture.
