Stirling Council's Strategic Housing Investment Plan approved

Stirling Council’s Strategic Housing Investment Plan (SHIP) for 2026/27 to 2030/31 has been approved, setting out proposals to deliver around 900 affordable homes across the Stirling Council area over the next five years.  The Plan highlights priority sites expected to receive grant funding from the Scottish Government, with support from Stirling Council, Forth Housing Association and Rural Stirling Housing Association.
