STF analysis today grant of funeral services and labor processes

In relation to funeral services, Minister Flavio Dino decided, in November last year, that prices should be the same before the concession — can be updated by the National Consumer Price Index. The action was proposed by PCdoB, part of which Dino was affiliated for 15 years. The seal took two steps from the São Paulo Prefecture which granted the private initiative to explore cemeterys, cremates and funeral services.
