MINOT, ND (KXNET) — After being appointed in June by Governor Kelly Armstrong, Steven Lautt is now officially the new judge in town. Minot attorney Steven Lautt was sworn in this afternoon as the district judge of the North Central Judicial District, filling the vacancy left by longtime judge Douglas Mattson.
