PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) -- Jurors, after three days of testimony, found a Peoria man not guilty in connection with a deadly May 2022 shooting. Stephen Coaxum, 37, was accused of killing Roger Browder on May 21, 2022, near the intersection of North Bigelow Street and West Richmond Avenue.
