Stellantis Pays 425 Workers to Leave the Factory in Melfi

In the face of the resumption of production in Italy in the first quarter, Stellantis opens again the portfolio to remove the workers from the factories. The Franco-Italian group announced to the unions the desire to open a new slide for the factory in Melfi: it will encourage 425 redundancies, about 10% of the employees of the site in Lucano. Thus, the number of exits paid since the beginning of 2026 rises to about 1,000.
