STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Local leaders celebrated a significant milestone in Staten Island’s North Shore revitalization efforts on Thursday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the official opening of The Residences at Lighthouse Point — a new mixed-income housing complex located on the St. George waterfront.

Lighthouse Point Phase One Completes At 5 Bay Street In St. George

Construction is complete on the first phase of Lighthouse Point, a mixed-use development at 5 Bay Street in St. George, Staten Island. Designed by Cooper Carry Architects and developed by Triangle Equities, the project yields 115 residential units, 60,000 square feet of commercial space, and 274 parking spaces.
