Virginia State Police are searching for a hit-and-run driver who allegedly struck a utility pole and knocked down power lines on the outskirts of Windsor. Police responded around 10:50 p.m. on May 29 to a crash at 27055 Colosse Road, near Colosse Baptist Church and roughly 5 miles south of the town limits.
