State Fund Boosts $20 Million for I-64 Improvements in New Kent

NEW KENT COUNTY, VIRGINIA, JUN 25 – The $94 million project includes a diverging diamond interchange and Route 106 improvements to support retail, residential, and data center developments near Exit 211, officials said.

A state economic development fund is kicking in $20 million for a project to expand an Interstate 64 interchange that will ease traffic in a part of New Kent County where major retailers plan facilities.
