State Auditor Alleges Embezzlement of Public Funds
State Auditor Mike Foley’s office released a report on Monday, September 18, detailing alleged embezzlement of $219,963.52 of funds from Five Rivers RC&D. Auditor Foley alleges these funds were diverted from Five Rivers to Arley’s LLC, a food truck company based out of Steinauer. Bobbie Meints, the former Executive Director of Five Rivers, authorized these Payments to Arley’s which is owned by her husband.
