The construction site will have an impact on access to the Waterloo roadway and the Rue Théodore Verhaegen and Rue de l'Hôtel des Monnaies, from and to the Barrière. As part of the renovation work on the Barrière and Avenue du Parc, Vivaqua will upgrade its underground infrastructure.
