Stanton man’s murder conviction appeal denied

The Michigan Court of Appeals this week denied a motion to overturn the convictions of a Stanton man who was found guilty of second-degree murder in the shooting death of a Greenville teen. Nicholas Bauer, 19, was also found guilty of three counts of assault with intent to commit great bodily harm and four counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
