By Abigail Roberts Correspondent STANFORD – The Stanford Police Department made 14 arrests in August and wrote 152 citations, according to a monthly report provided to the Stanford City Council last week. From Aug. 1 to Aug. 31, SPD reported a total of 782 contacts through 911. Police officers gave 58 warnings during that time frame and responded to 29 accidents.
