The Supreme Court heard an appeal against the conviction of the Higher Court in Ljubljana, which sentenced Mirko Pilinger to 30 years in prison for murder and attempted murder. The defense emphasized today that Pilinger cannot be charged with any criminal offenses, and according to the State Prosecutor's Office, there is no doubt that Pilinger committed both acts.
