St. John's Prep's Margaret Duffy aims to grab two distance titles at Class A state track meet

COLLEGEVILLE — Margaret Duffy hasn't changed a thing. And that's just fine with the St. John's Prep track and field/cross country standout. The junior's training regimen has been the same the past few years and it's more than paid off. "I'm putting in a lot of work, even in the winter," Duffy said. "I ran on the treadmill when I couldn't get outside. It's Minnesota, so it's always slippery in the winter. But I got out there as much as I could." …
