Spring Valley girls top seed in Class AAAA Region 4 tournament
Spring Valley earned a top seed in Class AAAA, Region IV in the WVSSAC'sgirls high school basketball tournament brackets. Gone are sectional tournaments, replaced with regionals that send two teams to the state tournament March 11 in Charleston. All regional games are set for 7 p.m.
