A Celtic concert will usher in signs of spring with the first spring concert at the library.  The Wareham Free Library will be hosting a concert by Stanley & Grimm Monday, April 13 from 7 to 8 p.m. in the community room, 59 Marion Road.  The spring concert series kicks off with a celebration of traditional Celtic music through old and new interpretations of jigs, reels, lively fiddle, guitar and voice.
