SPOKANE VALLEY, WA — A Spokane Valley man on federal probation following a child pornography conviction was arrested Tuesday on a federal warrant alleging he violated the terms of his supervision. According to the U.S. Marshals Service Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force, Clifford Kelsey was taken into custody June 2 at a residence in the 13500 block of East 25th Avenue in Spokane Valley without incident.
