A special counsel team said it plans to indict former first lady Kim Keon Hee with physical detention on Friday. The team led by special counsel Min Joong-ki announced the date Tuesday, confirming earlier reports that the indictment could come as early as Friday, before Kim's detention period expires Sunday.
