Spanish restaurant group Rodilla has reached an agreement to acquire 100% of the A Padaria Portuguesa chain, which has 84 stores and two factories. 

For the Rodilla Group, which brings together brands such as Rodilla, Hamburguesa Nostra, Vaca Nostra, Café de Indias and Jamaica, it is the "most important" operation that it has carried out internationally, after its entry into Miami in 2019.
