Southern Oregon property fetches $2.29 million

A motel in rural Southern Oregon has changed hands. Rice Hill Inn, a 48-room asset on 1.7 acres in Oakland, sold for $2.29 million after a competitive process, according to Marcus & Millichap, which represented the buyer and seller.
