SIOUX FALLS — A Sioux Falls man is behind bars in Iowa after police say he stabbed a victim to death before fleeing the scene last week. A Minnehaha County Judge approved an arrest warrant for 46-year-old Yien Dak Duop Chiek on one count of first-degree murder.
