South Saxons Men’s 1s crowned league champions after dramatic win at East Grinstead

Saturday, 22nd March 2025 – South Saxons Men’s 1st XI have secured the South East Men’s Division 1 Martlets League title with two games to spare, following a thrilling 3-1 victory away against second-placed East Grinstead Men’s 3s — sealing promotion in what has been a spectacular comeback season.

Champions crowned at Mooloolaba Tri

The 2025 champions have been crowned at the Mooloolaba Triathlon, with Kieran Storch and Charlotte McShane taking out the men’s and women’s titles on Sunday. Poor water quality following recent rain meant that the swim portion of the event could not take place, with athletes starting their day with a beach run before continuing with the 40km ride and 10km run, with the finish on Mooloolaba Esplanade.
