- Prosecutors alleged Yoon ordered commanders to "drag out" politicians and "quickly get inside" the National Assembly, resulting in 18-year and 15-year sentences for Yeo In-hyung, former commander of the Defense Counterintelligence Command, and Lee Jin-woo, former head of the Capital Defense Command.
- The court also sentenced Moon Sang-ho, former head of the Defense Intelligence Command, to 12 years, Park An-su, former army chief of staff, to 10 years, and Kwak Jong-keun, former commander of the Army Special Warfare Command, to nine years.
- While former President Yoon serves a life sentence for insurrection, the court dismissed a separate case on Monday against Rep. Lim Jong-deuk of the People Power Party regarding power abuse allegations.
