MIDDLEBOROUGH, Mass. (WLNE) — The Middleborough Police Department said it arrested a man for alleged possession of child sexual abuse material. 31-year-old Kenneth Lanham was charged with possession of child pornography (second offense), distribution of child pornography, and distributing obscene matter.
