They Seek to Avoid Desertion with More than 10 Thousand University Scholarships

A total of 10,303 scholarships were awarded to university students, through the Sonora of Opportunities program, by Governor Alfonso Durazo Montaño, for amounts ranging from 5 thousand to 10 thousand pesos. Alfonso Durazo indicated that this year more than 800 million pesos were allocated for scholarships, in addition to his goal of reaching 2 billion pesos, for an economic stimulus fund for students, at the end of his administration.
