However, the courts failed to achieve the restoration of the statue, which was destroyed by unknown vandals last year. According to the Supreme Administrative Court, the city council decided to remove the monuments from the city's property as the owner, which the courts cannot dispute.

The Czech citizen was unable to achieve in the courts the restoration of the monument to a soldier of the Red Army destroyed by vandals in the city of Teplice.
