Sharing a holiday trip with friends and family sounds innocent. For military personnel, however, it can be far less wise. The Ministry of Defence has therefore banned the popular Dutch travel app Polarsteps from service phones. The reason for this is an investigation by Follow the Money (FTM), which revealed that military personnel could be tracked relatively easily via the app.
