Sohrabuddin Sheikh’s brother challenges acquittal of accused in staged encounter killing in Supreme Court
The prosecution told the court that after Sheikh’s death, his wife Kausar Bi was raped by a constable before being killed, while sole witness Prajapati, who was in police custody, was also killed in an encounter when he allegedly tried to escape in December 2006.
