The REPORTER The Noblesville softball team split its two games at the Noblesville Invitational last Saturday. First, the Millers cruised past Decatur Central 14-4 in six innings. The game was back-and-forth early, but Noblesville took a 5-4 lead after scoring three runs in the third innings. The Carrington softball team built some additional distance between them and the teams below in the Region 2 race with a 15-5 win Friday afternoon, April 25, over the Midway/Minto Mustangs in Minto. Both Kaydence VanRay and Calleigh Hewitt connected on home runs in the win, where the Cards had a 7-2 lead after an inning and a half before M/M drew within three at 7-4 following three in the books....
