Inside Presley Gerber's Rehab Facility Where Model Died After Checking In
Police records show a separate overdose call at the same sober home months before Presley Gerber’s death, raising questions about staff decisions and safety protocols.
Presley Gerber, 27, died at the Resolutions Living sober home in Santa Monica on September 20 after going into cardiac arrest, following a suspected overdose.
Santa Monica Police Department records indicate officers responded to Resolutions Living on February 18, 2026, for a separate overdose incident involving a female patient revived with "upwards of 5 doses of Narcan."
Sources told TMZ that Presley's sober coach informed the facility he was high before admission, but staff allegedly accepted him anyway; Resolutions Living owner Reza Nabavi declined to answer questions regarding the decision.
Following the death, the facility's admissions officer was fired, and Presley's parents, Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, issued a joint statement saying they are "beyond heartbroken" by the loss of their only son.
Official causes of the suspected overdose remain pending a Medical Examiner report, and sources state that fentanyl is not currently a focus of the investigation into the incident.
Resolution Living, the detoxification centre where Presley Gerber, Cindy Crawford's son, questions a lot. In addition to his troubled past director, an overdose has already been found there, a little earlier this year.
