SNAPSHOT: Area senior named Student of the Year at the Capital Region BOCES Career and Technical Education Center

Elena Hymes, a senior in the Criminal Justice program, was recently named Capital Region BOCES Faculty Association Outstanding Student of the Year at the Career and Technical Education Center.
