Smith scores 17 as Cent. Conn. St. beats Fairleigh Dickinson 63-57

Central Connecticut State improved to 15-10 overall and 9-5 in conference with a 63-57 win, closing in on first-place Long Island after their loss to New Haven.

Led by Darin Smith Jr.'s 17 points, the Central Connecticut State Blue Devils defeated the Fairleigh Dickinson Knights 63-57 on Saturday. The Blue Devils are now 15-10 on the season, while the Knights dropped to 10-17.
