Smallville Star Tom Welling's DUI Charges Dismissed, Pleads to Lesser Charge

Tristar Media/Getty Images UPDATE — 6/3/25, 3:00 p.m. ET: DUI charges against Smallville star Tom Welling have been dismissed.  Welling, 48, pleaded no contest to a lesser charge as of May 19, according to court records viewed by Us Weekly. He was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol in Yreka, California in January.  The actor has to pay $619 in fines, $150 in restitution and attend a DUI program.
