While many festivals are calling it quits, the small-scale Occultfest is rising again. Last year, a restart was already made after a five-year absence, and that left us wanting more. This coming Saturday, lovers of metal and underground music can indulge themselves (almost) as before in a meadow in Hoogeveen. Mark Broekman (43), chairman of the foundation, explains.
