At more than 3,000 polling stations for the referendum vote on the pension supplement for exceptional achievements in the field of art, which opened at 7 a.m., 138,809 voters, or 8.2 percent of eligible voters, had voted by 11 a.m. The polls will be open until 7 p.m., with the first results expected after 7:30 p.m.
