Prosecutors say he used FootPadNYC.com to lure aspiring models, and investigators identified at least 3 women who reported assaults.
- Federal prosecutors announced Tuesday that a grand jury indicted Jason Khan, 47, on three counts of sex trafficking, alleging he used FootPadNYC.com to lure aspiring foot models to Manhattan hotel rooms between 2019 and 2021.

- Nicholas Biase, a spokesperson for the Southern District of New York, revealed the investigation found Khan may have victimized additional women in the Albany area, urging potential victims to contact the FBI.
