The Skyline Golf Course in Heber City hosted a soft opening event last Tuesday morning. The course’s board of governors, staff and the Utah Mammoth mascot, Tusky, attended. The board played a round of golf on the new course and afterward had lunch provided by Utah-based chain Jurassic Tacos.
