Skipper Perry Rijnberg (35) did not hesitate for a second last weekend when he jumped into the icy water in Brussels to save a woman from the canal. He kept the woman above water for twenty minutes until the fire brigade arrived. "I am surprised that this is called a heroic act, I simply did my civic duty."
