EDINBURG, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A sister has given her twin brother the birthday gift of a lifetime. Laura Treviño underwent a procedure at DHR Health on Wednesday to donate her kidney to her brother, Francisco Alvarado, who has been on dialysis for seven years.
