Simplified Ownership Control Procedures: BaFin Consults Regulation

Financial Supervision BaFin has put the "Regulation on the Simplification of Owner Control Procedures and Certain Personal Indications" for consultation, which in particular amends the Owner Control Regulation. For two weeks, interested parties can express their opinion on the proposed facilitations, in particular the leading associations of institutions, their owners and business interests.
