OXNARD, Calif. (KEYT) Old silk ties can easily be used to dye Easter eggs. Just cut silk ties in squares the use rubber bands to wrap them around raw eggs. They can also be wrapped a second time in plane cloth. Boil the wrapped eggs in water and few tablespoons on vinegar. It takes at least 20 minutes.
