The mayor of Jaroslavl Artem Silchanov (Uniform Russia, ER) wins elections to the State Assembly in the Rostoduma single-member district, which since 1990, with a break for the period when the lower chamber of Parliament was elected according to a proportional system, represented the right-wing Anatoly Gresnevikov. 95.7 per cent of the protocols have resulted in the recruitment of 33.26 per cent and 22.7 per cent of the Gresnevikov.
