Swiss Federal Railways, SBB, and Siemens Mobility have signed a framework agreement for over 200 Desiro DoSto six-car double-decker trains. The firm order includes 116 units, with the option to add up to 84 additional units. The contract value is approximately 2.2 billion euros (2 billion Swiss francs).
