The prime minister, Siegfried Mureșan, had a meeting with the PNL parliamentary groups, in which he presented his negotiating strategy to the senators and Liberal Members, which can go even to the early elections.
The Prime Minister-designate Siegfried Mureșan told the PNL parliamentarians that he would lead the investment process to the end and will be presented to Parliament for the vote, even though PSD announced that it would not support the government, according to MEDIAFAX sources. Mureșan also presented the main measures he wants to include in the governance programme and argued that he does not intend to increase taxes or VAT.
The Prime Minister-designate Siegfried Mureșan, on Tuesday, told the Liberals that he would vote in Parliament "respectfully for the President of Romania and for the constitutional procedure".
