Shortly after searches: Building contractor Christoph Gröner in private insolvency

On Wednesday morning, the police and public prosecutor's office in Leipzig searched the offices of the Gröner Group. One day later, building contractor Christoph Gröner filed for personal bankruptcy.

Christoph Gröner has averted personal bankruptcy. After paying a small sum of millions that he owed to a business partner, the Leipzig District Court has closed the insolvency proceedings against him. Proceedings against Gröner's companies are still ongoing.

The dazzling real estate developer Christoph Gröner from Leipzig was able to avert his personal bankruptcy. His company empire, however, continues to disintegrate.
