ORANGE COUNTY  — The Orange County Sheriff’s Office have arrested a person of interest in the death of a Vidor area woman.  On Thursday, Aug. 21, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call regarding an unresponsive female at the 300 Block of Foxglove in Vidor.
